| Video Discription | we sold our house on 23rd st and used the equity to help us fight our way into a house and area we want. an upgrade! Furthermore, with all that equity, we were able to pay off everything we owe, cutting our bill $1000 a month. and Still WALKING AWAY with a lot of equity in our pockets! (I'm HOLDING ON to that money for emergency only) we got an rate of 3.125. and the payment is $2100 plus property tax and other fees. This home is located near Kendal st. Still the same city, San Bernardino. My heart does go with San Bernardino. We sold our 23rd house for $385k and bought this new one for $515k. Not anything of cheap at all to buy a home. That's 2021 for you. But anyway, this is 1600 square feet 3 bed, 2 bath and modernized with nice floor and fixtures, front patio cover, Built in 1985 the old house was 3 bed 1 bath built in 1942 |
