Ingredients for the recipe 2 chicken thighs per recipe 1 pot of water A big bowl icy cold water Coriander n spring onions for garnish Bring water to boil. Add chicken thighs. Turn heat to medium low n simmer for 15 mins. Turn off heat n let remain in pot for 5 mins. After 5 mins place chicken into a bowl of icy cold water. When cooled enough you can chop to bite sizes or hand pulled meat away from bone. Sauce for hand pulled chicken 1.5 tbsp soy sauce, 1/4 tsp mushroom granules, 1/4 tsp sugar, 1 tsp sesame oil, 2 tbsp hot soup/ water. Mix together until dissolved. Pour over chicken. Sauce for chopped chicken 1-2 tbsp finely chopped garlic 1-1.5 tbsp oyster sauce 2 tbsp chicken soup 1/4 tsp of mushroom granules 1/4 tsp of sugar Sauté garlic until aromatic n lightly brown, add oyster soup, then soup. Turn off heat add mushroom granules n sugar, mix. Pour over chopped chicken. You can ask any question about the recipe. I will definately answer you asap.
