No need to fry all the time. Ingredients 10-12 mid wings 3 garlic cloves 3 pieces ginger 1 tsp shaoxing wine Light soy sauce Dark soy sauce Honey Marinate chicken wings with soy sauce n shaoxing wine. Bring 1/2 cup water to boil. Add garlic n ginger. Then add the marinated chicken wings. Bring to boil again. Cover n lower heat to medium. Halfway to check on it. Add more soy sauce for more color if needed. Cover until sauce is reduced. Add honey n its done. You can ask any question about the recipe.
