| Video Discription | Article 370 of Indian Constitution gives special provision to Jammu and Kashmir, it not only provide special status but also bring Jammu & Kashmir into main stream. It was entitled by Delhi agreement which was held in 1954 in Delhi, between Jawaharlal Nehru and Shaikh Abdullah the chief of National conference. Because of article 370 Jammu & Kashmir has different flag, special rights for state, no any other law accept defence, Communication and external affair will directory imposed or passed in Jammu & Kashmir. Article 35a takecare of their citizens, only Jammu & kashmir citizens have right to buy the assets, immovable property, govt jobs in their state. But from 05 Aug 2019 Article 370 and article 35a abolished by the central govt of India. From above said date Jammu & Kashmir became a union territory of India, which will command by Lt governor. Now any citizen of India will purchase land in Jammu & Kashmir and hold any govt. post.Thanks to govt of India to make and made such important decision after 72 years of independence. |
