We discuss the 360 deal and what they don't tell you about it. Wendy day (@rapcoaliton) has been in the industry for nearly 30 years. She was instrumental in building the careers of Enimem, David Banner, Twista, Cash Money, Slick Rick, Master P and more. Wendy started as an executive in marketing and advertising, but out of disgust for how the industry exploited rappers, she depleted her life savings to open a nonprofit called the Rap Coalition that helps artists navigate the industry and essentially get rappers out of unfair deals while simultaneously getting them great deals.
