| Video Discription | Just practicing for school. It's an asynchronous 4-bit binary counter that counts from 0 to 9 in binary and then resets back to 0. Made with JK flip-flops that trigger on the falling edges of the clock signal. When the counter comes to 10 (1010 in binary), resets back to 0 with help of an AND-gate. Can be used for 7-segment displays, but requires a BCD-to-7 segment decoder. |
