Thank you for watching! 💫 And don’t forget to subscribe here: https://goo.gl/mQwVjN ***************************************************************************** Recipe ; Aam Panna Preparation time: 20 minutes Cooking Time: 20 minutes Serves: 7-8 Ingredients: 1/2 kg Raw Mangoes 2 cups Water 1/2 cup Mint Leaves /2 cup Coriander Leaves 2-3 Green Chilies 2 cups Water to remove pulp 1 half pulp + chutney 1tsp Salt 1 tsp Black Salt 1tsp Chat Masala 1tbsp crushed roasted Cumin seeds 2nd half of pulp 4heaped tbsp Sugar 1tbsp Chat Masala 1tsp Salt 1 tsp Black Salt 1tbsp crushed roasted Cumin seeds Method: Pressure Cook the Raw mangoes with 2 cups water till the mangoes are done. When the mangoes are cooked, remove from the water. Peel the mangoes and remove the mango pulp using 2 cups additional water and the water from cooking. Divide the pulp into two bowls. One for the sweet Panna and one for the salted panna. Grind together the mint leaves, coriander leaves & green chilies to prepare a chutney. Add in half the mango pulp, salt, black salt, chat masala, roasted cumin seeds and blend in a blender. Concentrated Salted Mango Panna is ready. Add water and ice to make a refreshing drink. To the second half of the Mango Pulp, add in the sugar, chat masala, salt, black salt, crushed cumin seeds and blend in a blender. Concentrated Sweet Mango Panna is ready. Add water and ice to make a refreshing drink.
