| Video Discription | Clean the charging pins of the earbuds and charging case pin with a cotton cloth. Please make sure the ear buds are placed properly in the charging case when the lid of the case is closed, the charging pins should be touching properly without the gap between the ear buds and pins. Additionally - We request you to kindly try charging the charging case through a certified wall charger of maximum 1A or 1.2A current rating or you can try charging the charging case through a laptop with the cable provided in the package. Kindly note: Do not charge the product with any power bank/turbo charger or adaptor more than 1.2A current rating.
