Recipe Red Onion 5 (Finley chopped) Vegetable oil 250ml Cinnamon sticks 3 inches Cloves 10 Black Cardamom 3 Black Peppercorns 8 Green Cardamom 8-10 Bay Leaves 2 Boiled Cashew Nuts 100g (ground into a fine paste) Tomatoes 6 (Finely chopped) Ginger and Garlic Paste 2 tbsp (50% ginger and 50% garlic) Turmeric 1 tbsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder (Mild) 1 tbsp Coriander Powder 2 tbsp Freshly chopped coriander leaves 1 tbsp Green chillies (deseeded) 2-3 Salt to taste.
