Lack of customized education (hard to match a name with a face with a conversation or class) 4.) Potential MAP issues (i.e. low balling price to move product) 5.) Potential Quality issues (i.e. tampering or cutting product to increase profits) + lack of robust return policy like going through a WA and doTERRA has *P.S. You don't want to just go to doterra.com either because they will assign you to someone you don't know. It's better to shop around and work with someone that you know, like, trust, and has excellent response time and customer service. doTERRA Policy On Online Sales: Wellness Advocates may not sell doTERRA products through online auctions or mall sites, including but not limited to Walmart.com, Taobao.com, Alibaba, Tmal.com, Tencent platforms, Yahoo!, eBay or Amazon, unless they obtain written authorization from Company.
