| Video Discription | Today we went looking for strangers in NYC’s Brooklyn Chinatown who had never had American BBQ before to take them to try American BBQ for the first time! We had all the specialties, including Texas style smoked brisket, pulled pork, sausage, mac and cheese, collard greens, baked beans, and cornbread. It was an amazing meal, and a really interesting experience watching Chinese people try American barbecue for the first time! And of course, given that this video is on my channel it does feature white guys talking with people in Chinese ;-) although that isn’t the main focus of this vid! If you’re curious, the restaurant we went to was Hometown BBQ (Hometown Bar-B-Que) in Industry City, Brooklyn.
