The original visit was a little rocky in some offices. An we got a interview with the Town Supervisor Brian Kulpa. The police were called by someone in the Clerks office twice for man filming in Town Hall. This Follow-up is a Complete Documentary of what it took to get public records from the Amherst Police Department. It showcases all the games played and hoops needed to jump through to get the records we requested. It took over 75 days and endless phone calls and emails to get the FOIL filled.... It should by LAW take 25 days yet it took 3 X as long... It's a sad look for Government Transparency! An of course we didn't even get the full requested information.
