| Video Discription | Research Impact Case Study by Dr David Kelleghan, Professor Enda Hayes, Associate Professor Mark Everard, Dr Tom Curran (runner-up in the 2019 UCD Research Impact Case Study Competition). Through monitoring, modelling, mapping and other approaches, the AmmoniaN2K project, a joint initiative between UCD and the University of the West of England, has enhanced Ireland’s understanding of the environmental and health impacts of atmospheric ammonia. The project is currently influencing national and international policy, ensuring compliance with EU Directives, and will ultimately benefit the environment and human health across both Ireland and Europe.
