| Video Discription | Chicken nuggets kis bache ko pasand nahi aate? Isiliye I have hidden vegetables inside these chicken nuggets to make them even more healthy and nutritious. Serve the nuggets hot with a yummy dip and I promise you will these will be over in no time.. Chicken nuggets Ingredients -Boneless chicken-250gm -Garlic powder-2 tsp -Salt to taste -Black pepper powder-1tsp -Grated carrots-1/4cup -Chopped cabbage-1/4cup -Egg-1 -Breadcrumbs-1cup -Oil for frying For the Dip -Hung curd-2tbsp -Mayonnaise-1tbsp -Spring onion greens-1tsp -Parsley for garnish Method -Cut the chicken into small pieces. Grind to a fine paste along with salt, pepper & garlic powder. Take it out in a bowl, Add 2-3 tbsp of breadcrumbs, cabbage, carrots & mix well. -Now grease your cookie cutter, add the mixture to it & make your desired shape. Freeze for 10- 15 minutes. -Beat the egg add salt & pepper to it. Dip the nugget into the egg then roll it on the breadcrumbs. -Heat the oil in a pan & deep fry all nuggets.
