| Video Discription | Egg Do Pyaza Recipe - अंडा दो प्याज़ा - How to make egg do pyaza recipe in Hindi: Egg do pyaza uses the onion in double the quantity hence the name "do pyaza". egg do pyaza makes a perfect side dish in any north Indian meal. Ingredients: 03 pcs Boiled eggs 01 inch cinnamon 01 pcs bay leaves 02 pcs green cardamom 02 pcs cloves 01 no. big slice onion 01 no. diced onion 01 tsp ginger garlic paste 01 tsp cumin powder 01 tsp coriander powder ½ tsp turmeric powder 01 tsp chilly powder 01 tbs yogurt 01 pcs green chilly( cut by ½ ) ½ tsp garam masala powder Salt to taste Oil for cooking Method: First marinate the eggs with salt and turmeric and fry it, keep aside. Same pan put oil ,whole garam masala then sliced onion, fry until golden brown,add ginger garlic paste,turmeric powder, chilly powder, cumin powder, coriander powder mix well and add some water and cook for 02 minutes. Then add fried eggs , yogurt , green chillt salt and garam masala powder, cover with lid and cook for 02 to 03 minutes on low flame(add some water if you need).
