Ingredients: Rice Flour: 1 Cup Steamed Rice: 1 Cup Coconut: 1 Tbsp Yeast: 1 Tsp Sugar: 1 Tbsp Method: 1. Today lets check out how to make Instant Aapam with Yeast. This is a very delicious recipe with no compromise in the regular taste of the aapams. Very easy to make. 2. To a mixer jar, add 1 cup of rice flour, 1 cup of steam rice, you can use left over rice, 1 tbsp of coconut, 1 tsp of dry yeast and 1 tbsp of sugar. Grind this well. Then to this add 1 cup of water and grind this to a very fine paste. 3. Now its well blend and ready, transfer it to a mixing bowl.Close it with a lid and let this rest for 5 minutes. 4. Now our instant aapam batter is ready. Lets now go make the aapams. 6. Heat a aapam pan and pour in a laddle full of aapam bater. Spread it like this. Close with a lid and let this cook for 15 seconds. Its been 15 seconds, so lets now open and check. Our aapams are very nicely done. So lets now remove it. Now our delicious and soft aapam is ready. You can serve this with either coconut milk and sugar or with some chicken or egg masala. 7.
