After getting noticed for her 2017 mini-feature TIME MACHINE, it would be her first feature, the 'spiritually enhanced' deep-space drama CARGO, that saw her stocks soar; from it's SXSW debut, it played 27 festivals around the world before settling into a hugely popular Netflix afterlife. It remains the most successful science-fiction film by a woman director in Indian film history. Her latest film, the wonderfully engaging short THE ASTRONAUT AND HIS PARROT, will have its Australian Premiere at The Sydney & Melbourne Science Fiction Film Festival.
