| Video Discription | दोस्तो स्वागत है हमारे चेनल हिन्दीi कानूनी जानकारी (hindi kanuni jankari) में about this video Article 143 of Indian Constitution | Power of President to consult Supreme Court Section 143 in The Constitution in Hindi इस आर्टिकल में मै आपको “ उच्चतम न्यायालय से परामर्श करने की राष्ट्रपति की शक्ति | भारतीय संविधान अनुच्छेद 143 | Article 143 of Indian Constitution in Hindi | Article 143 in Hindi | भारतीय संविधान का अनुच्छेद 143 | Power of President to consult Supreme Court” के विषय में बताने जा रहा हूँ आशा करता हूँ मेरा यह प्रयास आपको जरुर पसंद आएगा । तो चलिए जानते है की – भारतीय संविधान अनुच्छेद 143 | Article 143 of Indian Constitution in Hindi [ Indian Constitution Article 143 in Hindi ] – उच्चतम न्यायालय से परामर्श करने की राष्ट्रपति की शक्ति — (1) यदि किसी समय राष्ट्रपति को प्रतीत होता है कि विधि या तथ्य का कोई ऐसा प्रश्न उत्पन्न हुआ है या उत्पन्न होने की संभावना है, जो ऐसी प्रकॄति का और ऐसे व्यापक महत्व का है कि उस पर उच्चतम न्यायालय की राय प्राप्त करना समीचीन है, तो वह उस प्रश्न को विचार करने के लिए उस न्यायालय को निर्देशित कर सकेगा और वह न्यायालय, ऐसी सुनवाई के पश्चात् जो वह ठीक समझता है, राष्ट्रपति को उस पर अपनी राय प्रतिवेदित कर सकेगा । (2) राष्ट्रपति अनुच्छेद 131 [65]* * * के परन्तुक में किसी बात के होते हुए भी, इस प्रकार के विवाद को, जो [66][उक्त परन्तुक ] में वार्णित है, राय देने के लिए उच्चतम न्यायालय को निर्देशित कर सकेगा और उच्चतम न्यायालय, ऐसी सुनवाई के पश्चात् जो वह ठीक समझता है, राष्ट्रपति को उस पर अपनी राय प्रतिवेदित करेगा । भारतीय संविधान अनुच्छेद 143 [ Indian Constitution Article 143 in English ] – “Power of President to consult Supreme Court”– (1) If at any time it appears to the President that a question of law or fact has arisen, or is likely to arise, which is of such a nature and of such public importance that it is expedient to obtain the opinion of the Supreme Court upon it, he may refer the question to that Court for consideration and the Court may, after such hearing as it thinks fit, report to the President its opinion thereon. (2) The President may, notwithstanding anything in 1*** the proviso to article 131, refer a dispute of the kind mentioned in the 2[said proviso] to the Supreme Court for opinion and the Supreme Court shall, after such hearing as it thinks fit, report to the President its opinion thereon. ________________________________________ भारतीय संविधान अनुच्छेद 143 |
