| Video Discription | Our third ever episode of Stripped Down featured Ash Jones acoustic in March of 2008. Needless to say - the man spent a lot of time sitting around as we continued to figure out all aspects of a music show for only the third time. Three years later- almost to the month, we were finally in a place to have him back with his full band and this episode was 60 min warm hug. I was so happy to be able to have most of our first artists back in later years and give them a higher quality- well oiled machine- production as a ‘Thank You’ for believing in us and rolling with the growing pains of our first 25 or so episodes. Ash Jones is rock n roll. Ash Jones is a rock star. Ash Jones is a bigger GnR fan than I man and that’s not an easy height to reach. And finally- Ash Jones is crazy talented and has a quality of stage presence that is getting harder and harder to find these days with lead singers. After rewatching this I would love to have Ash back on the show - back one on one in an acoustic environment again. I know he has another 11 years of stories and I’d love to hear them.
