| Video Discription | I am sharing my morning practice of Ashtanga Primary Series. Starting by chanting mantra and finishing in Shavasana. This is not about perfection. You can easily find better practitioners on YouTube. I want to emphasize that it doesn't matter how you look during the exercise as far as you feel good in it and you feel even better after that! Chanting mantra at the beginning, I consider to be important because it reminds you that this is not a random exercise but it is a profound practice which has been created from lots of experience of long series of teachers. Of course, Pathabi Jois created the series but he also had a teacher, who had another teacher... Some notes: * Supta padangusthasana is missing - sorry for that :D * My legs are often not as straight as they should be * Jumping into/out Bhuja pidasana and Kurmasana is not as smooth as it should be * The vinyasa count is not precise, sometimes I take a time before getting to the asana |
