I apologise for the delay but I've finally finished another therapy themed video 😁 Today's ASMR therapy roleplay is a first visit session covering depression, where together we complete a K10 test. The K10 is a simple 10 question scale that measures psychological distress. Typically it is a self-reported measure where the client will do it by themselves. It scores out of 50, the higher the score= Higher psychological distress.
