| Video Discription | Astronomer at Large Fred Watson discusses NASA Astronauts Suni Williams and Butch Wilmore being stranded on Boeing’s Starliner in space until 2025. “We’ve heard hints from NASA, regarding the next crew to come up to the International Space Station on a Space X Dragon capsule,” Mr Watson told Sky News Australia. “That was scheduled for the middle of this month, but it’s been pushed back to late September. “The reasoning behind that is to allow people to think a bit more carefully about how the two Starliner astronauts … might get back. “They may end up coming back … with a Dragon crew – one of Space X’s flagship capsules. “That would not however be until next February as you mentioned, it will be into 2025.” |
