Poha has an important place in Indian diet and is used extensively in rural ...Poha is one of the most important part of our breakfasts. http://www.vahrehvah.com/poha-upma Ingredients 2 tbsp channa dal 1 bunch coriander leaves 1 tsp cumin seeds 1 springs curry leaves 6 number green chillis 1 pinch hing 1 tsp mustard seeds 1 tbsp oil 1 number onion 2 tbsp peanuts 1 cup Poha 2 piece red chilli dry as needed salt pinch turmuric 1 tsp urad dal Directions ● Soak Poha in water for 3 min and strain the water and keep a side. ● Take a pan add oil, murstard seeds,cumin,red chilli, channa dal,urad dal,peanuts,curry leaves,hing,mix then add turmuric,salt,mix well cook till onions are cooked. ● Then add soaked poha,mix well cook for 5min then add coriander leaves chopped closed it with lemon juice.
