| Video Discription | Authentic Kerala Dishes with my personal Touch 😍 Ingredients Poha -1cup Onion-1 small Green Chilli-1 Carrot -1/2 Potato-1/2 Mustard seeds-1/4tsp Urad Dal-1/4tsp Curry leaves-few Oil-1 tbsp Peanuts or cashews-few Turmeric Powder-1/4 tsp Chilli powder-pinch Salt- Sugar- pinch Hing-pinch Coriander leaves- Lemon Juice - Method Wash and drain poha (if its thick) Heat oil in a kadai splutters mustard seeds, urad dal , peanuts and curry leaves .. Cook potato and keep aside. Then add onion, green chilli and saute. Now add carrot and cook for 2 minutes. Now add turmeric powder and chilli powder. Saute well. now add cooked potato and mix. Now add poha and mix well.. Then check the salt .. Finally, add coriander leaves and lemon juice. |
