They'll send it off to leading professionals to review, who will either agree with the treatment or will tell you there's better treatment out there. Why to avoid Aviva? Price. They don't price match. They don't discount. So their premiums are a little bit higher than the rest of the market. But on the flip side, their underwriting is quite fair.
