Back to the Future 4 - Official Movie Trailer
Taking place thirty years after the original trilogy, back to the Future Part IV follows Doc Brown as he changes the past to make the future more in line with how it is in reality.
Michael J Fox and Christopher Lloyd were at Fan Expo Boston with Thomas Wilson (Biff Tannen) and Lea Thompson (Lorraine McFly) when the possibility of a Back To The Future 4 came up.
Wilson joked: “Basically, I think America is saying, ‘Come on they’ve wrecked every other franchise with bad sequels, why not this one?’
“C’mon, we would watch it until it sucks!”
But Fox highlighted how unlikely the prospect is by saying co-creator Bob Gale is “the gatekeeper”.

Director Robert Zemeckis recently told The Telegraph that he and Gale would never green-light a new caper.
“That can't happen until both Bob and I are dead,” he said.
“And then I'm sure they'll do it, unless there's a way our estates can stop it."
Lloyd, however, had previously seemed relatively interested - provided the story was up to scratch.

The original trilogy was iconic
He told Phoenix New Times earlier this year: “Well, I think it's a matter of, first of all, it's important if Bob Zemeckis and Bob Gale are excited about doing another episode, I think, really, the most important thing is if they can come up with the right idea.
“I think that's the challenge is to come up with something that really is as good as the originals. I suppose it could happen.
“I have not heard that they're looking for that, if they've made up their minds... hey, here's something we could do, and they believed in it then they might get going to do it.”
He added: “I'd be delighted [to do it].

“I’d love to be in a fourth film, if they could come up with the right idea that extends the story and does it as well as the first three.”
