Try out this Bakra Eid Special Recipe and tell us how do you like this. #MuttonWhiteKarahi #BakraEidSpecialRecipe #SooperChef White Mutton Karahi Recipe in English: Ingredients: 700g Mutton 1 cup Yogurt 1 cup Onion (chopped) 1/2 cup Oil 1/2 cup Cream 1 tbsp White pepper powder 1 tsp Black Pepper 1/2 cup Milk 2 cups Mutton Stock 1/2 tsp Whole spices Salt to taste 2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp Cumin powder 1 tsp Coriander powder 1 tsp Cumin seeds 3 Green chilies Water as required Directions: In a pot add mutton, water, green chilies, one tablespoon ginger garlic paste and salt. Cover it and cook on low flame for 30 to 40 minutes or until mutton is cooked. Separate mutton and stock and set aside. In a pan heat oil, add whole spices, onion, cumin seeds and sauté for a minute. Add one tablespoon ginger garlic paste and cook for 2 minutes. Add mutton, salt, white pepper, black pepper, yogurt and cook for 5 minutes. Add green chilies, coriander powder, cumin powder and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Now add mutton stock, cream and cook for 5 more minutes. Garnish with green chilies, ginger, coriander leaves and your dish is ready to serve. Preparation time: 15 minutes Cooking time: 40 minutes Serving: 4 |
