| Video Discription | The Russian Banya (don't call it a Russian Sauna, I made that mistake) is the experience of alternating heat and cold exposure, mixed with being whipped with birch branches. While on the Trans-Siberian Railway, we make a stop in Yekaterinburg, in the Ural Mountains of Russia, and get an introduction to this important Russian ritual. The felt hats are used to prevent the head and hair from overheating, and are an interesting touch to the adventure!
