It is best to get 1/4 tsp per meal 3 times a day. ⁃ If you are an athlete or sweating a lot, you may need more. ⁃ If you have thyroid issues, then getting real salt on your food every day is a must! With salt, you also need to get more potassium-rich foods to have a healthy ratio balance for fluid exchange which is critical for detoxification.
