| Video Discription | Out shooting my MLE M16 Berthier. It is actually very accurate, easy to load and fun to shoot. The provision for the five round extended magazine is excellent and I like that it captures the stripper clip and keeps out the dust. The addition of this magazine is definitely an asset. While this rifle probably never saw service in WW1, besides the obvious, I can definitely see why the French started this conversion process from 3 to this 5 round magazine system. |
