| Video Discription | Well, I've somewhat forced myself to backtrack on a statement I made in which I suggested that I didn't appreciate "F*** You Simulators," "FU Simulators" for short, after playing Radiophobia 3, a re-work of the OGSE mod for Shadow of Chornobyl made to overhaul every aspect of the game. I have now come to appreciate the "FU" aspect of these mods and modpacks as they add to the game's realism and immersion. The game's world and characters feel alive and the player must navigate and survive in it just like everyone else. It's a challenging and engaging experience that I highly recommend. But it's not just about the challenges you'll face out in the zone, but also the game's economy, which I found to be challenging but not prohibitive. I appreciate that the game doesn't force the player to spend a lot of time managing inventory clutter and crafting nonsensical recipes, I don't mean to point fingers at GAMMA, but that's the main thing I disliked about that otherwise fantastic mod, it's just a pity that the mod is built around that. Instead, the game presents a realistic and challenging world where the player must think strategically about how to approach encounters and overcome obstacles. I admit to dislike Radiophobia 3's mutant population, which I found overwhelming and unnecessarily frustrating. However, the human combat in the game is top-notch and some of the best I've experienced in any game. The weapons and sound design are also incredible and add to the immersive experience.
