| Video Discription | Goan Stuffed Brinjal Recipe | Bharwa baingan | Bharwa baingan recipe | Baingan recipe|baingan masala Goan Bharli Vangi or Stuffed Brinjal is a preparation of Brinjal wherein a ground coconut-spices paste is stuffed in slits in baby brinjals and cooked into a curry which can be eaten with rotis, rice or bread. Usually whenever I get bigger Brinjals, I make Baingan Bharta. However, this recipe of stuffed brinjal is perfect with smaller brinjals Stuffed brinjal Ingredients Brinjal- Oil-2tbs Garlic-10 nos Ginger-1 inch Green chillies-4 nos Onion- 1 large Coconut-1/2shell (grated) Turmeric powder-1/2tsp Tamarind juice- 1 tbs Garam masala powder-1 tbs Salt-as per ur taste Coriander leaves- handful method First slit the brinjal as shown in the video to stuff the masala inside and keep aside in a bowl of water Now take a Kadai and and Rose the masala that is ginger, garlic, green chillies take it out into a plate now add grated coconut and onion saute a bit in oil and take it out into the same plate. Once it cools down editor blender as shown in the video (don't blend into a smooth paste make a thick paste )that is grind it coursely. Nice the masala is ready try to fill it into the brinjal with a spoon or hand and keep aside. Now take the same kadai heat up some oil and the stuffed brinjal into it and let it cook on a medium to low flame. In between try to to turn the sides so that all the sides gets perfectly cooked And your stuffed brinjal masala is ready in 15 to 20 minutes Enjoy it with your meal.
