In this episode of today we will taste the street food of smart city. Whether it is breakfast, lunch or dinner the Bhubaneswar street food attracts you.

We will explore there paneer cheese masala dosa, veg mix soup, giant chaat, unlimited food thali, puri dalma, naan & paneer butter masala and that to at the best and cleanest place in Bhubaneswar for the lowest price.
We will start Bhubaneswar food tour with morning tea and breakfast. puri, upma, vada, dosa and specially dahi vada which is also known as aloodum dahibara all these things will be found in Bhubaneswar as a breakfast. Yes one thing is here the guguni is not available for free like Brahmapur, we have to pay separately for that.
In Bhubaneswar-Cuttack people love to eat #Dahibara aloodum with great desire.And this dhibara, sometimes becomes breakfast or sometimes lunch.
You will get a good lunch thali in Bhubaneswar which is very cheap and tasty. Like the lunch of ISKCON temple Bhubaneswar. If you ever come to visit Bhubaneswar or live in Bhubaneswar, then taste the prasad of #ISKCON. In such a small amount, so many items made from pure ghee will be eaten in one plate. Kheer, puri, rice, sweet rice or (Kanika), saag, dal and different types of curry.
Our next destination is Kharabela Nagar. If you are near Janpath Road, then try puri dalma and dahibada from the food counter near Ram mandir. By the way, samosa, vada and many other items are also available here, but the famous recipe here is puri dalama.
In the evening time, the street food stalls become ready in every street. There is a place called Sahid Nagar which can also be called as Khau Galli of Bhubaneswar.
First we will try the special Paner Butter Cheese Masala Dosa of FoodDarbar South Indian Stall. Well there is a wide variety of dosas available here.
First, the dosa batter is spread and the oil is poured well into it. In this, finely chopped onion, bit, carrot and a special kind of masala potato is spread well in it. After adding chopped onion & paneer cubes the dosa is served with chutnry and curry.
There is a Panipuri Stall behind this dosa shop, and we will try special gupchup of Bhubaneswar.
Giant Chat is a specialty of this area.Special Chaat made by Ashok bhai at Gopolaxmi Char Centre. The Giant chat is prepared with
Bhubaneswar's special hot ghoogni with nimki,vada from dahi vada, sour water for sour ness, different mixture, sev, finely chopped onion, cucumber, coriander leaf and coconut.
After the chat, it is now the turns for special veg mix soup and chicken soup. Many varieties of soup are available here at the same stall.
After the evening food now comes the turn for dinner. In Bhubaneswar Dum Biriyani, Round Thali, Roti, Naan and Paratha is available for dinner.
The pure vegetarian food stalls in Bhubaneswar will be seen as much as non-veg street food stalls.
The street food of BBSR can't be finished in a single video and too many foods left to explore.
