| Video Discription | Amritsari Paneer Bhurji is the best soul food. It is perfect for breakfast or lunch. This Amritsari Paneer Bhurji recipe requires very few ingredients. INGREDIENTS Besan - 2 tbsp Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp Salt - 1/2 tsp Curd - 1/4 cup Oil - 2 tbsp Butter - 2 tbsp Garlic - 6 Green chilli - 2 Onion - 1 Tomato - 2 Paneer - 200 grams Water - 1/2 cup Coriander - to garnish RECIPE 1. First mix Besan, Salt, Red chilli powder and curd. 2. To this, add hot Oil Tadka. Mix well. 3. Now in a pan, Saute Garlic, green chillies, Onions and Tomatoes. 4. Then add the Besan mixture. 5. Then add a little water and cook for 5 minutes. 6. Add crumbled Paneer and cook the Paneer Bhurji for 2 minutes. 7. Lastly, garnish the Amritsari Paneer Bhurji with coriander, raw onion rings and more Butter. 8.
