Sadly, Amazon has also confirmed that the fourth season will be the final chapter for the hit series. Production of Season 4 was significantly delayed due to coronavirus, but it’s expected to begin any day now. SafeSet, an industry leader in COVID compliance technology, is helping Goliath safely get back into production. 65-year old Billy Bob Thornton will be back as Billy McBride; the role that won him in 2017 his second Golden Globe Award. The first one he won in 2015 for his role in the TV series Fargo. Nina Arianda, Tania Raymonde, Diana Hopper and the rest of the main cast are all confirmed to reprise their roles in the final season. In the new season, McBride will tackle a global crisis. J.K. Simmons and Bruce Dern will join the main cast playing two brothers: the head of a private big pharmaceutical company and his brother, the scientific genius.
