If you would like to book a session you can do so at www.kiannaa.com Ingredients 2 Medium Zucchinis 1-2 Tsp of Organic Olive Oil 2-4 Cloves of Organic Garlic Chopped Cilantro 1/2 Avocado 1/2 of a Lime, Juiced Basmati Rice Himalayan Salt & Pepper to taste Directions Cut the zucchini in 4's, then thinly slice Heat pan with olive oil and sauté garlic Add zucchini to pan and mix with the oil and garlic Let the zucchini sauté without stirring for 7-10 minutes or until zucchini begins to brown/caramelize Stir every 8-10 minutes until zucchini is caramelized to desired state Cook rice as directed In a bowl add rice, cilantro, zucchini, avocado & lime juice. Add Salt & Pepper as desired Eat and Enjoy |
