| Video Discription | Hello all! I know you folks are itching to hear about my other mods in progress, but since I've been so busy recently I have not had the time to work on those too much. Meanwhile, I decided to spend some time working on a mod that will allow players to produce blowovers in vanilla vehicles! Release date it TBD, but it will likely be in the next week. Stay tuned! Information about the mod: - It is adjustable, so there are tuning sliders to be able to change the strength of blowovers. - It can be added to any vehicle you want, provided you add the correct JBeam elements. This also allows you to tune more advanced values to even more finely tune your blowover model. - It will be added to nearly every vanilla vehicle. Obviously, props and heavy vehicles won't be included as those either don't blowover normally (T-series, trailers, etc) or already do (such as the mattress). - Unlike what happens when attempting to add blowovers to vehicles using the vanilla aerodynamics system, this does not AT ALL affect the downforce when going forwards (actually, it does--but only about 1x10^-30 N force), so this will not make cars aero-tight as what happens with my old Gen 6 NASCAR Stock Car mod. |
