| Video Discription | It is a little different than the other things that are commonly eaten in India, no need to say it is Gujarati as its been contained with the equal taste of spice and sweet. Though this video is made in Hindi language, Hereby I am going to write a recipe in English... First of all, small pieces of bread are made, and then they are soaked in tamarind water After that, a special green chutney of Rajkot is applied to it. (This sauce is made of peanut gram and green chillies) Then the red chilli chutney and Date Palm water are also added to it. After that, boiled gram is also added to make more stuff and than it would be garnish with "Sev" (made from Gram Flour), onion and coriander. |
