After a few weeks of trying things out, I decided to go all in and commit to doing Bryan's diet for 75 days. In this video, we will go over the four questions people have asked me the most. We will cover meal prepping for the blueprint diet, the cost of Bryan Johnson's blueprint diet, the supplements I chose to take from the blueprint diet, and the best part of the blueprint diet. From there, we will explore the results I achieved after 75 days on Bryan Johnson's anti-aging diet. We will look at weight loss, my improved sleep, and my blood work.
