| Video Discription | The automatic tool change system ATC is an important part of the CNC machine tool. It mainly transfers the tools required for processing from the tool magazine to the spindle clamping mechanism. This auto clamping system is driven by pneumatic booster and hydraulic cylinder which can automatically and rapidly release the tool and switch the tool from magazine system, replacing human manual tool change operations and saving the cycle time. The ATC spindles are available with direct mount and split type booster. It is recommended to be assembled with HARDY servo slide table which can travel accurately at multiple positions, fast retract, and shorten the cycle time. This product is capable for the variety of machining such as drilling, tapping, boring, surface milling or center through coolant applications.
