| Video Discription | The finance minister in Budget 2021 announced the creation of a Development Financial Institution (DFI) for which the Budget 2021 has allocated Rs 20,000 crore to capitalise it. The DFI will aim for a portfolio of Rs 5 lakh crore within 5 years. The FM also announced that Rs 5,000 crore of road infra to be transferred to NHAI InvIT.
