| Video Discription | Schezwan sliders Servings 2 Ingredients :- 1. Pav ( 4 pieces ) 2. Onion ( 1 small ) 3. Capsicum ( 1 small ) 4. Tomato ( 2 without seeds ) 5. Corns ( 1 small bowl ) 6. Schezwan sauce ( 3 spoons ) 7. Mayonnaise ( 3 spoons ) 8. Paneer ( 1 small bowl ) 9. Oregano ( 1/2 spoon ) 10. Chilli flakes ( 1/2 tspn) 11. Salt ( 1/2 tspn) 12. Butter 13. Coriander 14. Cheese slices ( 2 ) 15. Cheese cube ( 1 ) How to make :- 1. Firstly , chop onion , capsicum , tomato. 2. Now cut the paneer in small pieces. 3. Now in a bowl , add chopped onion , capsicum , tomatoes and corns. 4. Now add schezwan sauce , mayonnaise , oregano , chilli flakes , salt and paneer pieces. 5. further , mix it well and keep aside. 6. In a small bowl combine the melted butter and coriander leaves. 7. Now take pav and cut them in half. 8. Further , Spread the mixture on the inside of each half of the pav. 9. Now Top with sliced cheese and add oregano chilli flakes on it and again add mixture on it. 10. brush on melted butter and cook it on hot tawa. 11. Now grate cheese on it. ( note :- cook it on low flame) |
