The video speaks for itself but I would just like to say that it is clear that it is landlords that have caused a lot of these issues. Landlords who do not care about the houses, don't care who is in them and ultimately don't care about Burnley. Everyone I met was lovely, the town is in a great location and the transport links are good. If these houses belonged to the people, the streets would take care of themselves.
