According to him, first degree is a burn in the superficial layer of the skin, the dermis; second degree burn refers to a deeper layer of skin which will involve the epidermis; a third degree burn refers when all of your skin layers are burnt and it involves the epidermis, the dermis and the fat and fourth degree burn refers to having burns of everything, including the muscle. |
