| Video Discription | So quick and easy to make....No cooking involved! Ingredients : 1 Cup of Dates ( dried or fresh ) soaked for at least 2 hours or more 1 cup of Processed ( in a blender ) Nuts, can be Almonds, Cashews, Peanuts any nuts you like. 1 tbsp of Peanut Butter ( Smooth or Crunchy ) 3 tbsp of Coconut oil melted. 3 tbsp of Cacao Powder 1 tbsp of Honey ( you can leave this out if you are Vegan ) Method : Process nuts until crumb like. Add the rest of the ingredients until all ingredients are combined. Roll mixture into small balls and coat in Coconut flour. Chill in the fridge for an hour or eat them straight away like I usually do. A great Protein snack to enjoy anytime ! |
