The show saw Canlan Ice Sports CEO Joey St. Aubin go "undercover" under the disguise of Mike Peters, a Northern Ontario individual looking for work experience. In the episode, St. Aubin worked shifts with 4 Canlan employees from The Thirsty Penguin, Programs Department, and Operations Department. The experience allowed St. Aubin to get a first-hand perspective of Canlan's operations and provided him with an ability to recognize some of the great employees that make Canlan the company it is, as well as identifying areas where the company can improve efficiency and effectiveness. |
