So Cardi B made an announcement saying that she was dropping her album very soon which is something that she has been saying for the past 5 years or so but for some reason she was very adamant that the album would be out this year. So basically on Sunday, cardi went live on instagram and she said Monday which was the following day is a very important date. So naturally people assumed she was going to announce her album release date. Then she went on Twitter and she made comments about how albums that are dropped during the summertime don’t do well. Now the reason why fans think she is throwing shade at Megan is because Megan just released her self titled album on June the 28th. So someone said to Cardi, the album is definitely not coming in summer and album in autumn slash winter. We have much less chances of getting viral hits and we'll earn much less streams and sales. six plus years of waiting is worth at least a good release date. Cardi responded and said, please tell me which album been doing good this summer. Since you got your degree and act like you effing know everything. then this user said, Cardi B, You're weird and shady AF.
