After the Cesarean you have to be very careful about your wound healing. How it happens? So you must first avoid lifting any heavy weights or sudden bending, sudden movements, all the jerky moments should be avoided and you must also concentrate on your diet. Food rich in protein and green leafy vegetables, egg or legumes. All these help in healing process of this cesarean wound and cesarean wound, it is not just that cut over the skin.
