| Video Discription | Sweet Pongal. Ingredients : 1. 1 cup of plain rice (small cup) 2. 1 handful of cashew nuts & raisins 3. Ghee 4. Jaggery 5. 1 litre fresh milk Method : 1. Wash, rinse and soak rice in water 2. On a separate pan, add 2 tablespoons of ghee and roast cashew nuts and raisins separately till golden brown. Set aside. 3. Boil 1 litre of Milk and add washed rice 4. Once rice is well cooked and mashed, add jaggery according to your liking to sweetness! 5. Stir well & add cashew nuts with raisins 6. Stir until thicken and add 2 tablespoons of ghee. 7. Serve hot or cold! Happy Trying❤️ |
