Rasoi No Raja Gujrati cook ચેનલ માં આપનું સ્વાગત કરું છું આશા છે તમે આનંદ માં હશો અને પ્રાથના કરું છું ભગવાન તમને દરરોજ ખુશ અને તંદુરસ્ત રાખે, વિશ્વાસ છે તમે મારા બધાજ વિડિઓ પુરા જોતા હશો અને બધા વિડિઓ ની જેમ આ વિડિઓ પણ પૂરો જોશો, અને વિડિઓ પસંદ આવે તો Like કરવાનું ના ભુલતા અને તમારા બધાજ મિત્રો સાગા સબંધી ને વિડિઓ share કરજો સાથે Comment કરી તમારો અનુભવ કહેજો,તમે ક્યાં શહેર અથવા ગામ થી જુઓ છો તે કહેજો, તમને કેવા વિડિઓ અને કઈ રેસીપી પસંદ છે તે comment માં જરૂર જણાવજો, જો આપ ચેનલ પર નવા હોઇ અને ચેનલ ને SUBSCRIBE ના કરી હોય તો ચેનલ ને SUBSCRIBED કરી બેલ પર પ્રેસ કરી All પર ક્લિક કરી દેજો એટલે તમને મારા બધાજ વિડિઓ ની નોટિફિકેશન મળતી રહે , ખૂબ ખૂબ આભાર 🙏🏻 ************************* ડાંખરા ઝીલ મુકેશ ભાઈ ગામ ~ મોખડકા તા.. ~ પાલીતાણા જી..~ ભાવનગર મારા વિડિઓ એકવાર તમને વધુ ના પણ ગમે પણ વિડિઓ માં બતાવેલી રેસીપી ગેરેન્ટી સાથે કહું છું એકવાર બનાવશો તો ખૂબ પસંદ આવશે એકદમ પરફેક્ટ માપ અને સ્વાદિષ્ટ વાનગી બનશે,વિડિઓ કરતા તમને વિડિઓ આપેલી રેસીપી જોરદાર હશે અને સારી બનશે તેની હું ખાતરી આપું છું, ગુજરાતી માં રેસીપી👇 વિડિઓ માં બતાવેલી રેસીપી 100 માણસો માટે છે અને આ લખી આપેલી રેસીપી 10 માણસો માટે છે ચાપડી બનાવવા જરૂરી સામગ્રી 1 kg 500 gm ઘઉંનો લોટ ( કરકરો જાડો દળેલો ) 200 gm તેલ ( મોણ આપવા માટે 50 gm તલ ( કાળા અથવા સફેદ ) જરૂર મુજબ પાણી સ્વાદ પ્રમાણે મીઠું ( એકદમ થોડું ) નોંધઃ ચાપડી માટે લોટ જાડો દળાવવો, ભાખરી ના લોટ જેવો તેમાં તમે થોડો રવો પણ એડ કરી શકો છો, તલ સફેદ અથવા કાળા તલ કોઈ પણ એક અથવા બન્ને પ્રકાર ના તલ એડ કરી શકો છો, ચાપડી માટે લોટ ભાખરી ના લોટ જેવો બાંધવો અને તેના લુઆ કરી દબાવીને જાડી પુરી જેવી ચાપડી બનાવો, ચાપડી એકદમ તળાઈ જાય અને થોડી રાતી થઈ જાય ત્યાંસુધી તળવી, શાક માટે જરૂરી સામગ્રી 400 gm ફુલાવર 400 gm ટમેટા 400 gm રીંગણ 250 gm કાંદા 200 gm બટાટા 150 gm કોબિઝ 100 gm દૂધી 100 gm કેપ્સીકમ મરચા 50 gm લીલું લસણ 30 gm સૂકું લસણ 50 gm આદુ 50 gm લીલા ધાણા 50 gm લીલી તુવેર 10 gm લીલી મરચી 1 લીટર સીંગતેલ 100 gm ટોસ્ટ પાઉં નો ભૂકો 3 ચમચી કાશ્મીરી મરચું પાઉડર 1 ચમચી ધાણા જીરું પાઉડર 1 ચમચીતીખું મરચું પાઉડર ( સ્વાદ પ્રમાણે ) 2 ચમચી હિંગ 1 ચમચી કિચન કિંગ મસાલો 2 ચમચી આખું જીરું 1/2 અડધી ચમચી બાદીયા પાઉડર 1/4 તજ નો ભૂકો સ્વાદ પ્રમાણે લીંબુ નો રસ સ્વાદ પ્રમાણે ગોળ સ્વાદ પ્રમાણે નમક તમાલપત્ર લાલ સૂકા મરચા નોંધઃ શાક ભાજી માં બતાવ્યા પ્રમાણે બધા શાક ભાજીનું કટિંગ એકદમ ઝીણું કરવું, શાક ભાજી બરાબર પકાવવું એકદમ પાકીને ચૂંદો થઈ જાય ત્યાંસુધી, શાક ભાજી તમે તમારી પસંદ પ્રમાણે વધુ ઓછું કરી શકો છો, અને તમારી પસંદ ન શાક ભાજી ઉમેરી શકો છો, આ શાક અને ચાપડી ચોળીને ખાવામાં આવે છે, recipe in English👇 The recipe shown in the video is for 100 people And this recipe given is for 10 people Materials needed to make a chapdi 1 kg 500 gm wheat flour (coarsely ground) 200 gm oil ( for mix flour use 50 gm sesame seeds (black or white) Water as needed Salt to taste (very little) Note: Grind the flour for chapdi thickly, like bhakhri flour you can also add a little semolina in it, you can add sesame white or black sesame either one or both types, make the flour for chapdi like bhakhri flour and its lua Press to make a thick puri-like chapdi, fry until the chapadi is deep fried and slightly browned, Materials required for vegetables 400 gm cauliflower 400 gm tomato 400 gm brinjal 250 gm onion 200 gm potatoes 150 gm Cabbage 100 gm gourd ( dudhi ) 100 gm capsicum chillies ( big cating ) 50 gm green garlic 30 gm dried garlic 50 gm ginger 50 gm green coriander 50 gm green pigeon peas spilt ( tuvar ) 10 gm green chillies 1 liter of peanut oil 100 gm toaste bread crumbs 3 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder 1 teaspoon coriander powder 1 tsp chili powder (as per taste) 2 tbsp hing ( Asafoetida ) 1 tsp kitchen king masala 2 tbsp whole cumin seeds 1/2 half teaspoon badiya powder ( star anise ) 1/4 ground cinnamon ( Lemon juice to taste ) ( Jaggery to taste ) Salt to taste Bay leaf Red dry chilies Note: Note: Finely chop all the vegetables as shown in Shak Bhaji, cook till the vegetables are fully cooked. Veg Bhaji You can reduce more as per your choice and add vegetables of your choice.
